Purchased quite a bit of furniture a few months ago including a sofa and a dining table, when the furniture was delivered we were told by the movers the couch had a few flaws from a previous owner, so our new couch was “used”? Ok... Called about the couch as there was small holes throughout the cushions. We were told they’d “order” a new couch and deliver it. New couch came, guess what. Huge whole in one of the sections so basically got half the couch actually new, was told to get ahold of some guy that repairs their couches. Never got back to us. Then our kitchen table chairs began breaking as they weren’t put together properly so the wood is splitting, was told we had to contact Ashley furniture for replacement. Ya didn’t work that way. Purchased THOUSANDS of dollars worth of furniture and it’s all junk. Haven’t done anything to resolve our issues or satisfaction but yet they make sure to call us about our payments! Not recommended at all. Save up your money or go to home furniture. Regretting...

I was quoted an amount for the bed that I purchased by almost $400 less than what I am actually being charged. I was also incorrectly quoted on the bedframe. I do not remember signing a contract with the real numbers on it but I’m being told that there is no way out of it without going to litigation. I am told that the manager that did this to me is no longer there but no one will help me and I have tried six or seven times to put in a complaint. I’ve even contacted corporate and they don’t care either. Beware of these people and their sales tactics because once you’re in you are stuck. Now I’m sleeping on a bed that I was told would help with the fibromyalgia pain but in fact, it has made the pain worse and I now have restless leg syndrome because of what this bed is doing to my lower back. I love there cheese and the store has alot of stuff there. Everytime I go in there is see something new that I end up going home with. Always look forward to there cheese mouthly discounts. The discount on the cheese is a monthly discount for a cheese wheel for 5 dollars. The service seems good. I sometimes think they are understaffed for the amount of people that can be there. The atmosphere is really nice but the music and noise can get load. Really clean place. As for the parking there is limited parking. There is parking for handycap. Over all value is great. You cant find cheese like there's anywhere else around the area. If you have not been there i really encourage you to go check the place out. And if cheese is not your thing they got a bike shop in the same building that you can...
