Taco Bell — Restaurant in Duluth

Went to taco bell on sunday with a friend. We are in the restaurant. Every table was filthy full of spilled food and beverages the chairs were gross and covered with food. The one person who I am assuming was supposed to be cleaning dis absolutely nothing but stand behind the counter talking to her coworkers. There was who knows what spilled all over the floor. Her solution was to put a wet floor sign out when most of it was already dried and crusty. Makes me wonder what the quality of the food is at this place. I have never seen this place look so disgusting. Either hire better people who actually want to do their jobs or have a manager on during the weekends when there's highschool punks and idiots working. Because obviously they can't do their jobs correctly. I was appalled by the state of this restaurant and will not be returning. I've also heard of other taco bells having issues with management and corporate being okay with using expired outdated food. I have worked in the food industry. That is not okay by any means and having a filthy restaurant is not okay I was tempted to call the health dept. Becauae it was that gross in there. Do not eat there if you don't want chance getting a food borne illness. Who knows what them lazy workers do...

I've visited this Taco Bell since I could eat solid foods (roughly 19 years) and I have only seen this Taco Bell improve. The interior and exterior are remodeled, modern and clean. I even saw this kid washing the tiled walls, now that's sanitary. Each generation employed at this Taco Bell are well trained, kind and productive. The famous Pete, a loyal Taco Bell employee of a few years, brightens your day with infectious charisma and positivity. This Taco Bell is one of the few places I actually look forward to the social interaction with employees. If for any reason you are not feeling great about the outcome of your order the staff cares about your experience and would help you out. Just ask, I promise you are not being a bother. I have had bum Baja Slushies replaced and complex substitutes for various menu items made during my vegetarian days. My siblings and I have a unique ability to tell how fresh burrito tortillas are at Taco Bell restaurants and this particular one has especially fresh tortillas. On April 7th, 2020, between 1pm and 2pm, I ordered a Triplelupa box and a large cherry pepsi. I believe the total came around $6.44. I used the drive thru. When I pulled up, a man confirmed my order and I handed him my debit card. He asked for a receipt and I said no. Later that night, I checked my transaction history to do my budgeting for the day and I noticed I was overcharged at Taco Bell. I was charged $12.65 I called Taco Bell to confront this issue and the man I spoke to said he would look out for the transaction and that he would call me back the next day. I have no reception where I live so I called him back and spoke to the same person and I told him the transaction went through. He said to come to the store for a refund but I live two hours away, I was in town for a family affair, he said he couldn't do anything but send me some sort of gift certificate or gift card.
