We visited Duluth on a family vacation. The. Hotel, restaurants, tours were all a 5 star rating. Today prior to our leaving it was our planned intent for me to visit this store and purchase some jewelery. This place was an exception to what we experienced of Duluth. I was so upset over the two female sales clerk's I left in tears. The rudeness of the first clerk was only exceeded by the second clerk that I was handed off too. My husband told me when we left he was surprised I tolerated it as long as I did. He went back in to address their intolerable rudeness. He felt that this was their normal attitudes. He felt they should know how ill I've been and how they ruined a wonderful day of shopping and spending money on somethings I could truly treasure. After reading another story on their website, it's truly a sad representation for all artists whose trust is left to these rude clerks. Rating a one star...
