Came in like normal ordered my food, three loco Doritos combo. Received my food in a timely fashion, now normally I never have issues here but today was different. When I received my order literally every taco was falling apart like they put it in the sleeve and then crushed it because every single one broke apart. Then and this one is the main reason I'm writing this review, I went to use the bathroom to relieve myself. Go in do my business only to find that there is literally no toilet paper and the rest room doesn't have a paper towel dispenser its a blow dry machine. I have my phone so I call the restaurant , I hear the phone ringing they pick up and explain hey I'm in the bathroom (it's a 1 person bathroom) and there is no toilet paper, no response I get hung up on. I hear someone come to the bathroom I yell out yes I'm in here thinking it's an employee but as I sit there and wait nothing. So I call again and explain this IS NOT a prank I'm really in the bathroom with out TP they put me on hold, I hear someone check the bathroom which I yell out again, then someone else picks up the phone and I then AGAIN explained I'm in the bathroom with no toilet paper this is my second time calling they finally bring me a roll. I understand they probably get prank calls a lot but who calls to say hey Im in your restaurant and don't have toilet paper. Further more it is a one person bathroom so they couldve checked rather easily. The food was one thing like whatever it's taco bell, but the fact I was on their toilet for a bit of time in a vulnerable position is another. I will be following up with the manger in the morning. Bathrooms have to be checked regularly so idk why or how this...
Read moreI stopped at this location one my home on 7-2-22 at around 11:15 pm. The drive thru line was long, past the front entrance door, but I understood people do stop in late at Taco Bell quite a lot.
The line barely moved but I was patient. It took me until 11:45 just to get to the speaker. Once there after 5 minutes of no one taking my order I asked if they were indeed open for business. The person answering was rude and told me to "Hold on I will be with you shortly" Shortly! I have been waiting over 35 minutes already.
I noticed that the Wendy's next door was serving their customers in a timely fashion and finally gave up on Taco Bell. When I pulled past the drive thru window several employees were chatting with someone in a large black Mercedes Benz. Just talking and hanging out the window.
While in line next door at Wendy's that same car had pulled around to the main entrance door and 2 Taco Bell employees unlocked and opened the door and a person from the car went inside.
So at this Taco Bell it seems if you do not know the night crew personally you will never get served. I will never spend my money at this location EVER.
I doubt it will do anything, but I plan to complain to Taco Bell Corporate as well.
In reading a past review I am not the only one that has had issue with...
Read moreThis place is really hit or miss. For a good while service was great. Drive-thru was really fast. But now not so much. Yesterday, around 5pm I ordered a simple chalupa meal. I was waiting at the window for 20 minutes. Employee then asks if I received my food. I wouldn't be waiting still if I had. He disappears and comes back 20 minutes later with a big bag. "Strange, maybe they ran out of smaller bags. " I pull over and check and it's not my order. It's a bunch of burritos. I drove back, parked, walked inside. The employee sees me. Mumbles something and gives me my food. Takes back the bag I was originally given and hands it to customer at the window. Is it standard to give a customer food that has left the restaurant?
I continually avoid this restaurant because the service is slow right now. There's a couple employees that are great but at around 5pm it's bad. I normally would go through traffic to get to the taco...
