DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THIS MAN DESERVES NONE OF YOUR MONEY. I would have given this place a much better review. A month ago my husband and I went in and he bought me two dresses with the help of the owner (who seemed very nice at the time) I was unsure about the dresses still so he said "take them home and see how you feel If you don't like them come back and return them no problem!" He seemed very genuine, at the time. Well when I put them on at home and walked outside my husband let me know you could see right through the dresses. Today we took them back and the women behind the counter told me I could only return them for store credit. We told her what the owner said and she immediately became EXTREMELY rude to us. She "text" the owner asking, then repeated what she said saying he was watching us on the video and never said that. I would NEVER have bought something from a store that's an hour and a half away from us if I would have known it was for store credit or honestly from any store thats policy was that. He NEVER said or mentioned that that was all it would be for. The entire time we were waiting for this women to write us a "store credit" receipt she continued to be unbelievably rude while we were just standing there. ALSO to boot the owner when we cashed out originally gave us a receipt from the terminal saying that we paid in CASH when we absolutely paid with a credit card and my husband pulled it up on his statement because he women refused to believe our $180 purchase was on a credit card bc the terminal receipt said cash....WHO IS BEING SHADY HERE?! So needless to say we have this store credit from a shady AF owner that we will probably never use after the experience we had. I couldn't believe how we were treated the entire time we were waiting for the "store credit" which honestly I doubt is even valid because of how...

The treatment I received from one of the two persons running this establishment was just awful. Me and my sister entered and were nonchalantly greeted by the person that appeared to be of the male variety. I was carrying a fountain drink in a typical fountain drink container. The person made no mention of the drink not being allowed or forbidden. After looking around this super cute shop a few minutes, the person that “greeted” us at the door approached me and very aggressively and loudly instructed me to place the container onto the counter. He assured me that he would not "do anything to it"…(creeper alert..😳). When I looked at this person in bewilderment, they started ranting loudly (Yes.. others were looking and watching) that there was a sign on the door and that I should not have brought my drink inside. I complied setting the container onto the counter momentarily.. Then decided that this person had just acted like a royal douche bag and that they were the last person on the planet that I would ever buy anything from. I informed them (singular) of my decision and that I did not come into the store to fight or argue. I informed this persons business partner/helper(the really friendly tall blonde female) that her partner is an “asshole that treats customers like trash.” In short: Im a MTF person in transition and felt 100% targeted and discriminated against. Transgender folks beware! You might not feel welcome at Beach Couture in Dunedin Florida. You might get humiliated and yelled at by the male presenting person working there. But rest assured: He won’t “do anything” to your drink…...

Very nice man that runs the place! His backstory was pretty cool and he has been in the business for over 30 years. The quality of clothing is on point. The material that my fiance's swimsuit was made out of is very nice and unique. She got a one strap/ one sided top that is currently in style and is two-toned in light pink and dark pink. He went through every swimsuit with her to make sure we got the right one for what we needed it for. We are staying in town, and although my fiance is from this area, we don't get to visit very often. Hopefully we will be able to live here soon enough! I will visit this man often once we get down here. Very good Boutique and affordable prices. We were also able to get our two grandchildren some glow in the dark clothing that they will love. They were about 20 bucks a piece and the swimsuit was probably 30 bucks. Very affordable and excellent quality! 10 out of 10 experience....
