if there was anything lower then a 1 star this store would get it. The rudest people work in this store and have no kindness at all. I entered the store and the store manager kept telling me to move every five seconds she told me up to four times to move at that point the fifth time she came to tell me to get out of her way I had enough and left the store ( I would also move to a new spot and all the sudden the worker would appear where I was and would proceed to say please move you are in my way). I also just came from outside and it was very hot out. My mask was just a little under my nose and I get screamed at. I proceeded to pull my mask up and then left. Also everything in that store is over priced and not worth your time and money there are way better stores in Dunedin such as Beach Co, Aphrodite (really nice manager named Karen there), and my favorite things.

The manager is VERY rude at this store I think it is a grandma and granddaughter both rude and disrespectful and need to learn how to treat...

We drive almost an hour and a half to come here and this has now been the 4th time in the past month and a half that we have gotten to the store prior to the closing time and they closed early every time. Much earlier. This last time I tried calling first to tell them and ask them about why- and to also see if they will actually be open till 5pm as it’s states on google and on the sign on the doors. No answer and I left a voicemail. We decided to drive up and got there at 415pm and I walked up to the door to open it and this women inside looked up at me and locked the door on me and the other customers wanted to come in. How rude and awful customer service. I will never ever come back to this store even if they actually stayed open till the time it says. My best friend just went there this afternoon and said that the owner was so rude and careless and she ended up telling her to cancel the transaction. So I’m not missing out, and neither of us or anyone in my family be returning here ever again....

I visited this wonderful store several times over the past three years, since 2018. On Wednesday 10/13/2021 and today Thursday 10/14/2021, I purchased two Carved and Painted Wood Tiki Tea Light Candle Holders and two Palm Tree and Tropical Leaves Serving Trays, that were on Sale for 40% Off. All 4 items are unique and make great additions to my decor. All employees that I encountered were very nice, especially today the two female employees informed me that the Credit Card machine was down. The tall woman offered to hold the two items behind the counter that I wanted to purchase until the Credit Card machine started working. I gladly accepted her offer. All items were wrapped in a nice Lime Green Tissue paper for protection. Great store located in Downtown...
