L'Occitane en Provence — Local services in Dunwoody

Went to this store and the lady working acted like she had an attitude and didn’t want to talk to us or even help us. She was so unfriendly and unpleasant and completely ignores me and another person I was with. 2 other people walk in and she suddenly perks up starts giving them all this attention and treated them so nicely and I’m thinking ok why is she being so nice to them and not us?!

I honestly feel like she was giving preferential treatment to the other customers over us because perhaps she thought that maybe we weren’t in the store to actually purchase anything. And should I mention they were a white couple?

I called their customer service to make a complaint and they thought the entire thing was just a joke and didn’t even take it seriously! This isn’t the first time that I’ve experienced a L’Occitane’s employee treating me in similar fashion. I honestly think that they are prejudiced against people of color.
