Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Durant

One what I'm about to share this is not directed towards anyone. I love the people at Aaron's. Brian is amazing. Awesome Guy ! always was fair with us. But I do understand that there Are people that they rent to that don't have clean houses. I went in some time last week and got a deal that I could not pass up on a used refrigerator. That was just the perfect size that fit in my brand new house. Delivery came today on the 16th around 10:30 a.m. The two deliverer guys were awesome. They were amazing but once they left I was transporting food for my old fridge to my new fridge which I purchased from Aaron's and opened it and saw a live roach in the refrigerator. When I pulled out the bottom of the fridge in the inside there were roach droppings and dead roaches inside the fridge. Now like I said Brian is amazing. He's never stared us wrong. I just don't understand how you can deliver something to someone's house and not check to see if there's damage or feces of insects inside a refrigerator. After I discovered this horrible thing, I was told that I would get a brand new refrigerator that would be delivered on Friday, which I believe. But I'm so afraid that now I have to get my house sprayed and I no longer want to continue with the TV. Also that was delivered today. We do have a lawn mower from them which I will continue to keep and continue to make payments for, but as far as the TV and the refrigerator goes I will not be getting any electronics or appliances from...

I have a couch set from Arron's and it started to fall apart the 3rd day. It has very large Staples sticking out of the arms and a very large piece of metal sticking out of the back of it and has destroyed my wall. And no why to get my deposit back when I do move out. Not only that my children has gotten cut by the Staples. I have called many times to tell them about the couches and they didn't do anything about it untill the 10th time I complained... So we have decided to go somewhere else for my living room set. We called them and asked for them to come and pick up the set we got from them because if we are going to rent the set for a large amount we don't want something that is falling apart and we will not make any more payments. So they said they would pick it up . Well they never did two weeks go by, I call them again they said they would pick it up and that they have no record of us calling. They have said this multiple times that we have called it's has been a month and a half and we have called every week. This last time they tried to say that we wanted to keep it and that they have no record of us calling to have it picked up. Well they said they would pick it up this Wednesday. Ive been a customer with Arrons on and off for over 4 years now and I myself and family feel the same way. Meagan in accounting is wonder full and very pleasing to speak with on the pho e or in person. The GM is just as great Bryon has help me out so much during those years. Maybe cause if I tell him something it's no BS, I'll have a paper trail for him should he ever has reason to want to see them no problem from my side. My son and daughter in law rented from a rental place on first street. They were alway trying to collect a day early and scaring my daughter in law. She was home on bed rest for the last month of her pregnancy and they were upsetting her pretty good. It just happened I was there. Just as soon as they left I called Bryan. Explained the problem, and ask if he could help my son out. I know his way reply was going to be yes. He ask me what the were looking I told him. So our faith was on his hands. And I'm here to tell y'all he did not let them down. They feel in love with it. But what they couldn't believe was the other items they got with it, 2 end tables 2 lamps a coffee table and a rug. Same price as the one on 1st street. They just were floored. They are Arrons customers for life. Thanks Bryon and Megan and the rest of the staff.
