Although the store has some beautiful items, the Customer Service here is quite terrible. I recently shopped at the tent event and was interested in purchasing a table upon walking around. I realized that everybody who walked in after Me was greeted and offered a 10% coupon I was never greeted nor offered a coupon. I struggle to find assistance with the table that I was interested in purchasing to the point where I had to walk inside and ask, how do I purchase something outside because nobody that was working the tent event would assist me I finally just pulled the tag off the table and went inside to purchase Upon being rung out. The lady asked me if the people outside assisted me in some sort of confusion because I don’t know if they were supposed to assist me with the ring out process. Needless to say I paid for my table and left. I could’ve actually just walked out of the tent with the table. Nobody would’ve actually even noticed. and I won’t even get into the actual point as to why nobody assisted me because I will not acknowledge discrimination. The point is the Customer Service here...

I love this place. When I walk in I am inspired to make my own home more beautiful. I have found some great prices to add to home. I find the pieces great quality for the price. The other day I thought I’d save some money and I went to Hobby Lobby for some items. I found that the items I was looking for in Hobby Lobby are almost identical to those in Cocalico Creek. They were only a dollar or so cheaper, however the quality felt much cheaper in Hobby Lobby. I plan on going back to Cocalico Creek and getting better products for just a dollar or two more. The owners are Christian’s, however a little stand off-ish in my experience. Maybe I just caught them at bad times though. However I often feel like they don’t like me for some reason. It’s odd. This was one of our favorite shops, unfortunately not any more. We drove yesterday for about 2 hours to get to this store only to see there is no social distancing enforced, neither the need for masks. Though there is a small note on the door for maintaining social distancing, did not even see anyone with or without masks keeping any distance. We spend less than 10 mts in the store and walked out because we did not feel safe inside the store. Though some of the employees had masks, they were using it to cover their chins rather than mouth and nose. We instead walked into Kirklands where they had indicated the need for wearing a mask and the check out area had marking for maintaining 6 feet distance.
