I get to the counter and am ignored by the 2 pharmacists for 5 minutes. They were doing duties, but at least acknowledge my presence and let me know it will be awhile. They proceeded to help a man who was waiting for his prescription to be filled. Then a complication, 1 pharmacist goes to the other and stands there for 5 minutes doing nothing as the line is filling behind me. This poor man is then told it will be longer of a wait do to a system error. Except I overheard the 1 pharmacist say to the first, you brought it up on the computer and walked away, so it saved it. That’s why we have to wait. 0 accountability. Then tell this man it is a system problem and they have to wait for their cloud to reload it. He states out loud, “this is a joke” obviously upset. Who knows how long he was waiting there before I got there. I get to the counter and my prescription is not ready. It was called in 2 and a half hours before. I did not feel respected or see any respect given today. A sad day at the CVS...

I wind up running out of the medication before it's filled or before I'm able to get to the pharmacy due to their hours. In the past I have not had this problem. Unsure what has changed but this puts anyone at risk that is taking life sustaining meds if they can't get them in time....
