CVS Pharmacy — Local services in East Lampeter Township

The following review was posted in 2023, but since then, the whole staff has left the CVS Pharmacy in Target and the service is now terrible! They used to care, but that has changed drastically and now it seems like it’s a job nobody wants! So sorry to have seen the staff leave that ran that pharmacy so smoothly!

A recent visit to pick up prescriptions at the CVS pharmacy at Target at Covered Bridge Lancaster, PA proved to be one of the BEST experiences EVER! A desperately needed medicine had not been called in, but between my husband's doctor and the AWESOME pharmacist Ashley, who is ALWAYS so very helpful, patient and kind, they provided the medicine my husband so desperately needed that night! I can't say enough about this wonderful young lady is ALWAYS willing to answer any questions and help provide what is needed EVERY TIME!!! ASHLEY IS EVERYTHING A PHARMASIST SHOULD BE PLUS SOME!!! GOD BLESS YOU PRECIOUS LADY ... YOU ARE A TRUE PROFESSIONAL...

This used to be an awesome pharmacy. Staff was friendly and helpful. I never worried about my prescriptions being ready on time. You could call and actually speak with someone. Now that they have a different staff every time I visit, the service is horrible. I fear my prescriptions are not going to be ready every month. No one answers the phone…even the provider line. When I go there the staff is rude and uncaring and the place looks like a nuclear bomb went off. There has to be someone somewhere from the corporate level needs to see this place. IF I can get my medications this month…I have two days left and all I can find out is that my prescriptions are “in process”…I’m moving my prescriptions somewhere else and will never visit this...

By far the best pharmacy around and I have been using cvs for twenty years plus I’m a cancer patient leukemia, breast and now lungs and everyone there knows me my favorite is Ashley but then all the ladies are as well. Ashley knows all my meds and what not to mix will let me know when I need new script fills all other Cvs’s always had a hard time getting my scripts filled had to call around to see who had them I hated the thought back then having to do the work but since I’ve been with this cvs for four years never had a problem there fantastic so keep up the great work ladies.well done cvs at...
