Worse day of my life was at kohl store, to start there a young girl Sara very polite, smart try her best to help me. Call 2 person explain my situation to them. I went 2 weeks ago to the store cause my jennifer Lopez suitcase was broken I travel a lot need it fix for my next trip. Is still under warranty.
I try taking it to samsonite and other places every where? No luck yet. Manager come his name is Shawn worse person ever so rude. Only gave me store credit cause my old debit card was replace so not same I did transactions, he told me only $115 and so change back to credit, first i want to know whos the manufacture was only to fix and has under the warranty.. He didnt know anything also i didnt ask first credit was only in case they didnt have any idea whos the manufacture, that manager confused me.Telling me i dont know you didnt purchased here.???.i was like you have the info right in your faces, well you dont have any info..they discontinue in kohls, i pay 300 dollars. Not for the money just his action in from of people told me like i dont know you purchased here.
I was like you should fould the manufatured and send it to fix..he said Jlo dont sell that and we dont do that her. I was how you sell a product and dont know the manufacturer, he was acting so racist may be cause im spanish..since he look at me was looking to get rid of me, not fixing the problem. That last time i was there lady was so nice and she was process the payment and differnt card. I stop her . give me some time to see i found the manufaturer or the receipt so if any manufaturer info there. Plus the girl say only manger could do that..if i spend 300 and kohl doesnt responsibility for my damage product.
You think I should be able to shop there again? No. I work hard for my money i just lost 271.00 ya got the money, i got luggage from jl broken without. Warranty..return it and lost it all that money so it could happen again..Dont want to go to that store ever again..i will donate that gift card to someone else..to many homeless..i dont still. Read moreI bring Amazon returns back here frequently because it's supposed to be an easy transaction. A lot of the staff at customer service are cold at best and unfriendly most of the times. They act like I am ruining their day for asking them to do what they are there to do. I am very methodical and always have my orders ready so I am not holding up the line but I feel like it's almost a hostile environment.
I actually brought back some Kohl's returns to Lebanon because I had made a mistake on sizes and had a large amount to return. It was like night and day in Lebanon. They were friendly and comforting and upset that I felt I had to drive so far so I wouldn't be treated poorly.
I have never had any issues with any of the other employees at this Kohl's and are generally very friendly. The customer service staff really sours the whole store...

If you get a credit card for the store they send you coupons often and Kohls cash if you spend so much. The store sells men, women, and children's clothing. Household furnishings, toys, and a large selection of jewelry. I shop there we baught my son a dress shirt, got some bath towels, and a tee shirt. Nice...
