The UPS Store — Local services in East Norriton Township

I have been coming to this particular UPS store since 2018. The owner Paresh is a wonderful kind man who truly cares about his customers. He goes beyond the call of duty to make sure all of the customers are happy. There is also an employee named Charleton who is very efficient and is a kind person who makes sure that all of customer's needs are met. Charleton is very respectful, helpful and very friendly and treats all the customers in a professional manner. This family business is run very effectively and efficiently. The employees are polite, courteous, caring and do the best they can to make sure that the customer's needs are met. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Paresh and Charleton have made this business very successful. These two people are phenomenal and are extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate all that they do. I feel very fortunate to be able to come to this store and receive excellent customer service. I have never met such two amazing people(Paresh and Charleton) who are sincere and honest and would bend over backwards to help people. Terrible Phone service! I had a Question for some Middle Eastern speaking male. He stopped me Mid-sentence, and start rambling about hours of operation on Saturday, and immediately put me on hold without any acknowledgement. I have no past experiences with this store. The representative neither reflects badly on the company, nor this location, but it does need to be address.

Update: I called the store again, and had the same experience, so I've come to the conclusion that this location and it's staff aren't worthy of the communities business. When I called, an East India sounding man with little to no experience speaking English, very rude, unprofessional, lacking thereof any customer service and boarder line disrespectful answered the phone. What he doesn't realize is that, the people who frequent this store, is why he has a job. but far too often, in this new era, Customer Service. He is Quoted as saying, "Do what you have to do!" after I informed him that I often Google Review/ Yelp.
