Sizes are not consistent and so when you order, what once fit you in an S is now swimming on you. If, G-d forbid, you need to make a return, you better quickly open up that package and reach out to them. Even under extenuating circumstances, when you have been a return customer for a while, they will not work with you. Then they make you pay for shipping the items back, and give you a significantly reduced credit to use - of course only if you reach out them in time. VERY disappointing. With these issues and policies in place, you simple cannot patronize them....
