My experience at Bang Cookies in East Rutherford was absolutely awesome! It should be noted that this is in a Mall. I was assisted by Cassidy, who was not only incredibly sweet but also extremely patient. She took the time to explain all the different flavors and provided some amazing recommendations.

Cassidy's knowledge and her interaction with customers were truly exceptional. It was such a pleasure to meet someone who not only had a thorough understanding of the products but also had a genuine passion for them. Unlike other places where the staff might admit to never having tried the items you're interested in, Cassidy was well-informed and her enthusiasm was infectious.

Overall, my visit to Bang Cookies was incredibly positive. Cassidy's fantastic customer service make it a place that's definitely worth checking out. The combination of delicious cookies and a friendly staff made it a memorable experience.

What made my visit even better was the fact that I couldn't resist trying every cookie flavor they had at Bang Cookies! It was like embarking on a flavor adventure.

They are located in the Mall on Section A and level 2. That is something I wish I knew. They are next to an ice cream and donut shop. All the best sweets within steps of each other. The cookies weren't just delicious, they were freshly baked, resulting in that warm, gooey goodness that can't be beaten.

Another standout feature was the variety. It wasn't just your typical chocolate chip cookie (although theirs was amazing). They had this eclectic mix that catered to all tastes, from classic to unique.

Overall, Bang Cookies excelled in every aspect - taste, variety, ambiance, and presentation. It's the kind of place that you'll want to visit again and again. They do delivery which is amazing. Reminds me of an elevated Insomnia if you...

I'd never heard of Bang Cookies before, but during my last visit to the American Dream mall, I followed my proverbial Toucan Sam nose along wafts of butter and sugar until I found myself at this storefront.

The cookies come on two sizes - giant and mini. The 'mini's are about the size of uncooked cookie dough blobs (in fact, that's what I thought they were when I saw them in the display case), while I'd say the 'giants' are a bit of an exaggerated moniker in a world where Levain Cookies exist. They're a little bigger than an adult palm and man, oh man, are these dangerously decadent. We split a white chocolate macadamia nut 'giant', and I could easily see myself hoovering several of these in one go. They're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and even though our cookie was retrieved from the display shelf, the white chocolate somehow had a gooey stretch to it as we pulled it in half. There were plenty of macadamia nuts studded throughout, and while my health-minded husband could only eat a few bites before pronouncing them "a little too buttery", I'd argue that's exactly what you want from a good treat.

Bang Cookies is located on the second floor food court of the mall, right next to Van Leeuwen Ice Cream (a match made in heaven, if ever I saw one). When my husband and I were there on a Saturday afternoon, there was a decently sized queue of others who'd presumably answered the olfactory siren call of baked goods. There was only one person working the register, but she was fast and the line moved...

Our family made our first visit to Bang Cookies, and it won’t be our last. We picked up a Triple Chocolate Chip, a Churro Cookie, and a White Macadamia Nut Cookie—each one was incredible. All three were perfectly baked, with soft, moist centers that exceeded our expectations.

The staff behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. They explained the “buy three, get one free” deal, which was a pleasant surprise since we already knew exactly which three cookies we wanted. Walking out with a bonus cookie just made the experience even better.

Compared to other cookie shops that charge around $25 for four cookies, Bang Cookies delivers both value and quality. The flavors, texture, and overall experience were outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone who loves a truly...

This was a disappointment as I was really looking forward to trying these cookies because of Corey B. I was at the mall getting my phone fixed and decided to walk across the entire mall for this. The service was ok, the lady said they couldn’t heat up the cookies but gave me some free cookies. I tried part of the cookie and wasn’t impressed so I took the rest home and heated them up. They seemed to have softened up to a raw consistency in the middle and really wasn’t great, just ok. These are not worth almost $6 each
