I purchased a cup of coffee today, October 12, Sunday around 1 PM at the American Dream Mall location. The coffee was okay, and the gentleman who made it was very nice. He reminded me that the coffee was hot, and offered me another cup to ensure i don't' burn my hand. which I appreciated. Overall, the service from him was excellent.

However, the behavior of the cashier who served us was not up to par. I'm not sure if I'm being oversensitive or if this is the norm for service nowadays. After I paid and pressed the button for a physical copy of the receipt, instead of handing it to me, she pointed to the register and told me that the receipt was there, essentially asking me to retrieve it myself. I was taken aback and just smiled, not knowing how to react.

There wasn't a long line behind me, which makes it even more puzzling. If there had been a long line and she was busy, I might have understood her behavior better. The one star I am giving is primarily for the gentleman who made the coffee and treated me so nicely and politely. I would rate the cashier's service at negative six stars. I believe that handing the receipt to the customer with a thank you is a basic expectation of...

There seems to be language barrier, communication issues, and then attitude from the workers at this location. I asked for nondairy milk option and the girl looks at me with the face saying “huh? What is that?” nor asking for clarification and then says “no” with an attitude and frustration. Like it is ok to not understand something. I could have taken out my phone and used google translator to help but her negative attitude put me off so much. After all it is a service job and these are the people on the front line working with the customers directly...

Hello! I recently got the Ham and cheese sandwich. I came during a busy time so I understand that I needed to wait. This was during my shift too at the mall so I was in a hurry. So once my sandwich was done I went to grab it but it was extremely hot. I don't blame anyone for this however I really didn't expect for my finger tips to get burned!
