I do not recommend this place. The staff seem unsure of their product knowledge and gave me conflicting advice on multiple visits.

On my first visit, I explained that I wanted to completely change my skincare routine because I was breaking out. The employee recommended a full regimen — cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, and sunscreen — which cost me about $200.

Three weeks later, my skin had worsened and I returned to look for a spot treatment. This time, a different employee looked at the products I had purchased and was surprised by the moisturizer, pointing out that it was pore-clogging and could actually make acne worse. She also said the cleanser I had been sold wasn’t ideal for acne-prone skin. I ended up spending another $100 on replacements she suggested, but saw no improvement.

I understand they aren’t medical professionals, but it’s frustrating to spend nearly $300 on products that were contradictory in recommendations and ultimately unsuitable for my skin concerns. To make things worse, their strict no-return/no-refund policy means I’m stuck with products...

.. this is a girls dream!! Not only is this store just heaven scent because who doesn’t want porcelain glass skin? the store is very well maintanced, very clean, spacious. The employees are very knowledgeable and eager to assist any of your needs. They practically have it all , for any skin type or condition. I ended up spending about $200 for a couple of products to kick start my night and day cleansing routine alone with the serums and moisturizers. They also tell you about the products and how to use it. Also the labels underneath each product makes it easier to shop and know what your looking at. This might be one of my favorite stores / gems. Everything I got was decently priced , you can’t put a price on beauty! But highly recommend, they also have some hair and lotions, lip oils, etc. truly a nice place to stop by and pick up a little something or even as a gift. Various range of beauty products and prices for all. ALSO VIRAL FACE MASK WAS THERE ALONG WITH OTHER AMAZING VIRAL PRODUCTS!!!...

Lots of options for people with pimply skin! Cute pimple patches! I don’t know if I have ever seen such a collection. It was cute. I did hope that their skin masks would be cheaper since it’s Asian skin care but they were normal prices. I am not sure if I will return because everything inside is for very fair skin, it would be nice if there was an assortment. I got asked if I needed something like every 45 seconds it was a bit much, because of this I felt like I had to shop quickly… Had that feeling where they really want a very quick in an out experience, so I would say that the shopping experience was a turn off. I don’t like being hurried to spend money. But if you know what you want I think you should give them a try they have a lot of products. They have a lot of testers too so you can see the products but it’s such a rushed experience you can’t really look...
