Update May 31 2024. While waiting in line a customer brought inher wrong order from the drive thru. They took her chicken from the box and put in back in their oven. I’m pretty sure they are not supposed to recycle food that has left the building.
Complete fiasco. 5pm no original chicken. Bagged most my order then wait again for the crispy breasts. No way. Got my money back after 45 minutes of utter delinquency. The main owner was in there too. NEVER AGAIN. It’s the same all over this area and many others. What is wrong with these establishments? Something need to be done on a government level. Shut these low level service places down 1 by 1 until someone learns a lesson. We as consumers pay high dollars for this. We need to go back to when the businesses cared about their product and the customer. I showed humorous patience until the last 5 minutes.boss was there during wearing grubby jeans and stale loafers. He had no business in the food area. I see why they have a low score. People were nice, friendly and seemed to be working.just not to do the real job. Read moreI recently visited your location and had a very upsetting experience due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Nekitta. She appeared to have serious anger issues and created a very uncomfortable environment for both customers and, from what I observed, her coworkers. Her behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly believe she is not suited for a managerial position.
In contrast, I want to acknowledge a young woman named Kandice, who was incredibly kind and professional. Despite the tense atmosphere, she greeted me with a warm smile and provided excellent service. However, I noticed a visible change in her demeanor after interacting with what seemed to be her manager. It appeared that she was being treated unfairly, which is extremely disheartening to see in a workplace.
Additionally, service at the front counter was being neglected in favor of the drive-thru, which caused unnecessary delays for those dining inside.
I urge corporate to look into this matter promptly. Kandice represents the kind of employee who should be leading others—not someone being made uncomfortable in her own work environment. I hope appropriate steps are taken to address this situation.

Read more2 stars because normally, we have an OK experience at this location. When we’ve received an incorrect order, I called and it was rectified. My biggest peeve about them was that you would place an order through the app/website expecting to go in the lobby to get it but would have to wait in the 8+ car drive thru. The lobby was locked until recently, and today when I pulled through the drive thru lane, I was told to come in to receive my online order because it wasn’t ready yet. I stood very patiently waiting in the lobby for 10 mins before being addressed at all, only to be told they didn’t have the chicken I ordered nor a substitute. To say I was upset about the time I wasted is an understatement. It was at least 6 employees there, some of which were just having a casual conversation that could’ve at least addressed me prior to me waiting for 10 mins for nothing. Very disappointed.
