Danny Yoon is the best realtor ever. My husband and I started to hunt for a house about end of 2019 — our apartment lease was up and thought it was time to buy a place. And on Dec 2020, we became home owners of a beautiful house with all the features that we wanted with unbelievable price and condition.

We’ve worked with other realtors before but they just “showed” us the properties that we found online. But after working with Danny was totally different stories. He shared every single knowledge with us and he even researched the area, house history, and so on of the homes that we saw. After looking for a home for 3 months — we saw about 30 properties in more than 5 different cities, we couldn’t decide what we want or where we want to live. So we called Danny and told him that we might not be ready to buy property yet. He generously told us that it is ok.

After about 6 months, we contacted him again. We re-started hunting — went to Jersey City, Hoboken, Englewood, Fort Lee, Closter, River Edge, Wood-Ridge, Cresskill and so on. He was always on-time, most time he arrived way before than us and looked around and examine the property. While hunting, we found a property that we loved, which we currently live in, we told him this is it. And shared our budget and finance situation, no down payment, which was not a common for other people. After listening, he came up with an amazing plan. And it worked perfectly.
