place is built by same developer as the pearl.developer uses cheap non union labor and does very sloppy job.the pearl has a number of issues that are being worked on by outside engineers including replacing windows which not only leak but have exploded and crashed to ground .amenities promised and not delivered are plentiful .the glass houses uses primarily wood and little concrete to separate floors which causes noise to apartment below.be very cautious in dealing with this developer as he promises much and delivers little.the developer is a liar and a scammer ,even things that are in writing in contract he will not fulfill.there are a number of individual lawsuits pending and possibility of a class action.before you buy at glass houses speak to property owners at the pearl and those at national resources properties in westchester,then you will get a sense of what you are...

Just read the reviews and it's obviously someone who has something against our developer. I work for him and I have only good things to say. He is a man of his word and the Glass House is one of his babies that he put his heart and soul into. The Glass House is a personal sanctuary. A boutique style building. We have Town Homes right on the water and only 4 floors of condos. There are only 11 homes per floor. When customers come in to see a home, I send them out to look at the competition and 90% end up coming back and purchasing here. We are 50% sold out. And that is 50% of buyers who did their homework. From my experience, this is a great building. Love the concept that every unit has a patio and the size is very decent about 230 sq ft. ( you can you a DJ party on the patio , that is how big it is) Daniella Storzillo and Lauren Calabria was a great help and very responsive to all the questions and emails. I got lots of things done through them and they a have very positive attitude. They don’t judge.

Bank of America declines the building so I had to look for another mortgage company. Dealing with some banks were little challenging but ended up with a local bank in NJ with good rate without points.
