RUDE CASHIER and UNHELPFUL First time I visited the store and I had a very unpleasant moment. My two year old daughter wanted candy and chocolates so I got two little cups of something like cookies and a bag of candy, my daughter opened a cup of "cookies" and started eating (like all children) I went to the register and greeted her and she had a very ugly bitter look and attitude and didn't even answer. I let her know that I had two cups and a bag, I told her twice that my daughter was already eating one that she needed to scan it and she said ok. Then when I finished paying she just gave me the bag of candy and I asked her about the other cup that I gave her and she asked me which one ?? And she said "that I put it in the stroller" and I got confused and started looking, clearly not and I told her well I gave one to you plus this one that my daughter has is the one that I told you twice that she opened it but also you already charged for it. Because I paid for the two cups and a bag of candies and with a very bad attitude from the cashier, I kept looking in the stroller, confused, thinking that maybe MAYBE she was right and I put it there, but there was nothing. Then the cashier gave me the cup of cookies back that she herself put behind her and told me "it's okay" and I was very upset and replied "it's not okay, you're making me feel like I'm stealing" in front of other customers. In addition, I told her very clearly to check the store's cameras when the one with a very bad attitude is her. Read moreI am a frequent box lunch shopper and I went there yesterday. My friend signed up for the texts, so I decided to sign up too. While I was at the register, the employee said if I sign up for the text messages, I could get 30% off. So she already applied the discount since I said I'd sign up. My purchase went from $66 to $44. While I was about to check out, I said out loud "Man, I'm already subscribed" so she REMOVED the discount from my purchase since I had already been subscribed and said it out loud. I told them they should honor it; considering I just saw how big the discount was. It was also 7:50 PM... I know they got nothing better to do. Both employees said they could not honor it. But how weird... they did not ask me for a code or anything before I mentioned I was subscribed. They literally just gave me the discount and took it away right in front of my eyes????? How weird is it that before I said ANYTHING the discount was already honored. Of course I took matters into my own hands. I called my mom, and I made her sign up with the text messages and I hade her screenshot and give me the coupon. They DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR THE COUPON CODE THAT WAS TEXTED TO MY MOMS PHONE!!!!!!! Which is completely fine and understandable. Anyone would. But while a friend and I were looking at the funko wall, this person can’t tell who I am and comes up from behind and asked, “Do you need help finding anything today?” I turn around and reply with a smile, “No thank you.” This person looks away from me and my friend and says, “Oh I didn’t realize it was you.” They awkwardly laugh and walk away. Wow. As a customer it felt pretty disrespectful and I felt as my money was invaluable.
