Claire's — Local services in Edison

I went today to pierced my baby 3 months old ears. We went there at 5:20 two more baby’s were in front of us waiting for the earrings too. The supervisor named Jessica came to the line and told us that we were going to be served by her. With 10 minutes left before closing, she told us that she was not going to serve us because she was late with the other customers that she had already served. She refused to make the earrings for my daughter and sent her partner named Nathaly to do it for her. She made bad comments about me and my family, and she had a very terrible attitude. With previous clients she was super friendly, she had a racist attitude and apart from that she started gossiping with her coworker. I think that if she works in customer service, she should show the best side to the customer to be able...

It used to be my favourite Claire's store but now I hate that one because it's been 6 months since I'm going there n I don't see any good deals , everything is damn expensive n the stuff's quality doesn't worth to be that expensive ,n the clearance section is also very expensive n all the stuff is also outdated n few days back I went their n saw that they put the sticker of $1 n increased the price by $ 6 and the stuff was on clearance section , please check the pics I have uploaded , cheating innocent customers n if you r going there after being a big fan of their clearance section like me then this shop is not for you, disappointing n expensive n...

I have really enjoyed coming here as a kid, and I still do at some times nowadays. It’s saddening to hear that this store is one of the 100 that is most likely closing down this year. My only complaint about this store is that their prices are pretty expensive and that there’s only one cash register to take care of the many customers that they have had. But I thank this place for making my childhood...
