I visited the Menlo Park store on Thursday, July 7th, with the intention of selling my PS5 and purchasing a PS5 Pro. However, I was disappointed with the service I received. The representative I interacted with was assisting another customer and appeared to be frustrated. When it was my turn, she inspected my PS5 and claimed that there was "dust caked on the fan" and that she could only offer me $130 for it. I believe this assessment was inaccurate as there was only a small amount of dust on the outside of the fan. I felt that the representative was not willing to take the time to properly evaluate my PS5 and that she was simply looking for an excuse to offer me a low price.
