What I experienced at this store is unreal. I ordered a charm online with picking up at store option. Sadly Pandora at Menlo Park Mall was the one with this item in stock. Sadly because the customer service is unprofessional and simply rude. An employee made a mistake and prepared a wrong charm for me and when I said it was not the one I chose, sales person stubbornly repeated ā€œthat’s the one you orderedā€. I had a visible proof that the charm on my digital receipt is different and I asked her if she could check to find a correct one…she simply said ā€œ no, we don’t have itā€. She was not willing to move at all. Bc I didn’t want that wrong charm, I was informed that I needed to wait 24 h, so my transaction would appear in the system and then the return would be possible. Do you feel this absurd? They wanted me to take the wrong item and then deal with driving to Pandora store to return it!!! At this point another employee was involved, I asked her if she could help me to resolve this ā€œissue ā€œ.After giving this order a second look she noticed the difference and surprise !!! she was able to find the one I wanted in 30 seconds. Nobody apologized, they were acting like ā€œ nothing happened ā€œ. Terrible experience, if you don’t have to, don’t go there, you don’t need to be in the position that sales person tries to humiliate you bc you would like to buy a product that you wish to have… P.S The charm that they wanted me to take costs twice as much the one I ordered.

Came here to get my jewelry cleaned and they deliberately damaged all my bracelets and charms!! I came home and noticed many marks on my bracelet and decided to try to wipe it, thinking it was just residue from the cleaning service. HOWEVER, it didn’t come off at all even after wiping it over and over again!!! I then realized that it wasn’t residue but in fact the sales associate had damaged the metal!!! After checking all 3 of my bracelets and charms, I noticed that many of my charms were severely damaged and discolored. My two marvel cassette tape charms are completely destroyed and the same can be said for my koi fish and star dice charm. I expected them to be cleaned, not vandalized. I suggest getting your jewelry cleaned elsewhere unless you want your money wasted and jewelry damaged. This is completely unacceptable for an employee to return a customer’s personal belongings in a damaged condition. They are entrusted to perform the cleaning service with the utmost care and respect for the customer. This should be expected of ANY employee of this establishment. As you can see in the photo I provided, it’s very discolored and looks burnt. Although it doesn’t look too damaged on camera, in person it is worse.

We love their products . My wife is a big fan of pandora and buys quite often . Nicely located in Menlo Park mall. Slightly expansive in regular time .. with offers, it is priced better . Service is very average . There are no smiling faces around in the counter ! Weekends is too slow . Lots of wait time ! Except the service , everything is good about this shop ! šŸ‘

We love their products . My wife is a big fan of pandora and buys quite often . Nicely located in Menlo Park mall. Slightly expansive in regular time .. with offers, it is priced better . My husband purchased two rings, as Christmas gifts. I had shared specific styles through the catalog. I have always appreciated the quality of Pandora rings, but did not have any experience with the ones with cz’s. One of my rings, lost a stone within a three week period. I went to return/exchange ring, and only had an image of receipt. It took a few minutes to figure out the name the purchase was under, but Sandy, the manager, was very helpful. My discontent, was with salesperson, who coninually referred to me as ā€œlove.ā€ Literally every time he referred to me, he called me ā€œlove,ā€ somewhat dismissive, and agist, from my pov. It is not the first time a young person has referred to me, a ā€œbeyond middle aged personā€ as ā€œhonā€ or some other term of endearment, but I find it disconcerting. I was returning a damaged product, which I had for a very short period of time. There was no apology, no offer of a ā€œfreeā€ cleaning wipe, for my troubles, only a proverbial pat on the hand, an equal exchange, and a see ya later. I still like Pandora, but might not be so quick to return to the one at Menlo Mall. It’s not that I didn’t get an exchange, it is that I felt like they were put out by helping me. Kind of ā€œickyā€ feeling, given my husband was so happy to have gotten me such a nice gift. To younger sales personnel, know your audience. They need to make a 0-star rating available for situations like this. Horrible customer service. I don't know what kind of scam they are running in order to get a commission. I was misinformed about an exchanging process, made to cancel my online order to reorder instore all while being talked down to aggressively by the gentlemen named Jeremias V at the Menlo Mall store in NJ and his side kick who was working with him on that day. They weren't accommodating at all and I'm assuming that by the way they act it makes their day to deliver poor customer service. This is not the first time I had a nasty encounter with this man. About a year ago I went inside of the same store to get a bracelet set for my niece for her birthday and he lied to me about some items not being available in order to sell me the higher ticketed item. I’m all for making money but not by misleading your customers, being passive aggressive, nasty and rude. He ruined the moment with his rude comments about another pandora bracelet I had on and my choice of length. It was a gift from my husband, and I took it as is and I actually love it the way it is, so who does he think he is that his way of thinking is better than others’?
