Spencer's — Local services in Edison

went in a week ago or so with two friends. all three of us checked out separately but together in line. i was first, greeted the cashier nicely to be ignored. all three of us were polite in saying hi to her, she ignored all of us. wouldn’t look at us. refused to answer questions. i understand if she doesn’t enjoy interaction, but don’t hire someone so rude to guests. especially if customers are asking questions that go unanswered simply because she is too rude to even acknowledge us or respond. to top it off, my friend just went to wrap one of the items he bought, and she LEFT THE SECURITY TAG ON. so now we have to go back today, (to a different spencer’s,) and get it taken off all because of how negligent that rude cashier...

There was this really rude lady who works at this Spencer's and she refused to sell me a condom. She didn't say anything but "I'm not selling you this have a nice day". I though this was really rude and unprofessional. She didnt give me a reason why she wouldn't sell me it. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I hope her manager can see this review. Went here to buy a gift for a friend. The staff followed me around the store constantly. When I went to the register, the cashier asked me what I had done with an item I had been looking at earlier. Then she kindly ask me to show her where I put it in the store.

There are couple cool things in this store, but definitely not worth being stalked...
