They humiliated an innocent elderly customer

I saw a very strange behavior between all the employees especially one of them who was talking loudly mistreating an old lady with a walker outside the store. She had just come in with her cane she was trying to purchase a coat. She was wearing the coat she was trying to pay for it at the register and they accused her of stealing the coat. I heard when she said that she wanted to pay for it one of the employees made her remove her clothes in public. There were many other people other store, the poor lady was very embarrassed don’t know what to do. As I was leaving, the lady was sitting outside confused and humiliated. Found this consignment store as my company installed an air conditioner here. It looked like a place my wife would really like so I took her by to do some shopping. They have a huge selection of clothing for women, but more importantly the people that work here are awesome! They made some suggestions for my wife and then let her roam around the store. After finding about 15 things she tried on several items and we walked out of the store with a bag full of great clothes. This is my absolute FAVORITE consignment shop in the Seattle area. It’s organized, clean and easy to shop at. The owner and staff are always 100% friendly and welcoming. They have an amazing system for consigning as well. I just love how simple it is to sell and get 💰💕🥰 I was so excited to see this ship open in Edmonds several years ago.
