This review is for the UHaul service only, specifically the redundancy & service charges.

I already input all of the required information on the U-Haul app in advance just to be asked the same information again in person and spend another 20+ minutes on registration at the shop.

There was a $1.45 toll that was sent to me 3 weeks after the facts, and the shop/U-Haul charged $1.00 on top of it for “admin fee.” Not a material amount, but if your model is set up to upcharge every dollar you can get from your customers, I hope you’re not expecting a raving review...

I rented a u-haul trailer here for one day. I went to my office to print my e-mailed invoice and he had charged me for two days. Tek N Shrestha does not answer his phone ever. When I finally had time to stop at his store to ask him about it, the store was closed mid-day. I went back an hour later and he was there. He agreed that he overcharged me and would work on my refund - which I never got. You owe me 25 bucks Tek. I'm not going to waste more time on you for 25 bucks but I will let others...
