I WISH THERE WAS A "ZERO STARS" OPTION. My husband went to BK which I refer to as PreK bc that's the mentality of the staff. Anywho....he goes to the drive thru and places the order. Pulls to the window, gets the food and checks it OF COURSE BC THEY'VE PROVEN THEY CAN'T READ. Surprise Surprise they got it WRONG. He tells the kid what was wrong and the kid turns to find someone to blame it on....nobody home. He then tells my husband "pull around front and wait" even tho there's not a soul in the place or behind him. BUT THEY'RE ON A TIMER AND EVEN THO THEY SCREW UP THE CUSTOMER SUFFERS SO THEY GET A GOOD SCORE! After waiting about 4 minutes he walks inside. The onion rings he had been waiting 4 minutes for weren't ever in the fryer yet!!! THEY HAD ONE CUSTOMER AND COULDN'T GET ONE ORDER RIGHT!!!!!! DISGRACE!! He used to eat BK (diff one) for bfast and sometimes lunch every day. that will never happen bc he/we are never going back.....and will do everything in our power to discourage friends/co-workers to follow suit. HOPEFULLY THIS PLACE CLOSES DOWN SOON. THEY FAIL...
Read moreOrdered food on the app, the app offered limited lunch during breakfast hours. I pull up and see the lunch menu is on the menu board. The guy goes “we don’t do lunch now but if you want to wait I’ll do it.” I guess he got annoyed when I said I would wait since it was already paid for. When he brings the food to me he smartly was like “for future reference lunch isn’t until 11.” So I explained that it was offered on the app and on the menu at the speaker, and I was getting ready to say that I understood if it was something like a computer error, but he cut me off and dismissed me and said “well you’re not the one that has to make it.” I mean seriously now? So sorry that you had to do your job because of my audacity. I was trying to be understanding and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but your snippy attitude just proves that you were annoyed that you had to do something you didn’t want to do. Read morePretty hit or miss with mobile orders. I have ordered from them quite a few times before the pandemic with mobile orders and they either received it or didn't. In the times that they did not receive my order, I was left with no resolve but to request a refund through Burger King's Support Page.
That said, several years ago, they allowed me to call ahead for 100 chicken nuggets when that challenge was a thing. So that bumps it from 1 to 2 stars I guess. Aside from technical difficulties on their end, they do function relatively well as a regular fast food restaurant I suppose.
Unfortunately, the downsides from not having my order fulfilled drops their full rating for me. If mobile orders are not a concern for you, then this review will not help you. That said, the mobile order difficulties are not relegated solely to this establishment. I have had mobile order difficulties at different Mcdonalds and other fast food restaurants...
