The worst customer service especially the woman who said that she's the store manager! I went to the store today and talked to a Spanish woman about my last purchase which they didn't remove the sensor for me. I knew that I made a mistake that I didn't bring the receipt with me, so I am ok that she didn't want to remove it for me. But her attitude was SO BAD! She use very mean words to talked to me , yelled to me to check my receipt and rolled her eyes. She treated me like I might stole that !! So I said to her that I want to talk to her manager and she told me that she is the manager. I can't believe that they hire this kind of person to be a manager! Even the temperaily part time sale person can do much better than her. Sucks...

Good sales with decent discounts. Terrible customer service. Manager screamed at me for trying out a coat. He raised his voice and gave me an attitude. Asked if I am actually going to buy it. I said I don’t know unless I try it. He responded annoying if I am not going to buy it, he would have to take it off the floor due to CDC Covid guidelines. I have been trying on clothes at the mall the whole day, and even in fitting rooms, so I had no idea I wasn’t allowed to try on anything in this particular store. Definitely one of my new favorite stores. Just found out about this brand honestly. The selection is top notch: from jackets, shoes, shirts, polos, watches, purses, and much more. Don't forget, all of this material is affordable. But they don't cut fashionable just because it's affordable. Not many companies can say that.
