Starbucks — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

We were passing through on a road trip. Tried 2 other Starbucks locations before this one. They were all way too busy with drive through wrapped all the way around to the street, and closed lobbies. Next closest was this location in a Kroger. They saved the day! We received excellent service, and our drinks were made perfectly. All 3 employees were very personable, friendly and efficient. Excellent attitudes with a sense of humor, too! I would give these employees 10...

Well aside from the lines, the coffee depends highly on the person making it and I have had several that were watery or questionable at best, the other day was the first that was so bad I had to just pour it out. These people need to be starbuck trained and they are not, maybe because they are not considered a real starbucks, Idk, but if starbucks wants them to wear the name I suggest they fix this, it still does them no justice to have their name on the place considered...

I've gotten drinks from here around 3 times maybe. They've never been made right so I just go to the stand alone Starbucks after Kroger instead. For example I ordered a venti iced soy latte with an extra shot. I watched them pour cold brew in a cup and some soy milk. I let them know I ordered a latte, not a cold brew and they were pretty annoyed to make it. Mind you there were 2 workerd and no one else in line. Not really worth spending 7 dollars for a drink...
