I don't live in Ellensburg, but my son does (college student). He received a BIG promotion at his job this past week, and I wanted to send him some flowers to congratulate him. Ellensburg Floral was WONDERFUL!

Their website was easy to use for placing my order, I was able to include a customized note for him, and also was able to note any other requests. I had chosen the "designer's choice" arrangement but had requested that the colors be fun and bright and they nailed it! He had been gone when the florist arrived to deliver it, and they left a note requesting that he call them when he was home. I was VERY impressed by this, they absolutely could have just left the flowers on his porch but how thoughtful to do it this way instead! He called them and scheduled a time later in the day for them to return. He said the lady who made the delivery that afternoon was very sweet and kind as well. I'll definitely use Ellensburg Floral again to send him flowers (he LOVES plants and flowers). Side note...my son mentioned after he got the flowers and had called me that Ellensburg Floral is the BEST in town and that next time I visit him I need to check out their gift shop because it's really great. The florists here are AMAZING!!! My wedding bouquet was accidentally frozen the night before my wedding. On the morning of my wedding, I called Ellensburg floral and spoke with a designer. Within 2 hours, she had made a brand new bouquet for me. Not only was the flexibility and turnaround INCREDIBLE, but the bouquet she made was EVEN BETTER than my original!!!! I was blown away!!! It was so beautiful, better than I could have imagined, and half the price of what I paid for my original bouquet from the west side of the mountains! Called in my order yesterday for my friend's birthday. Fast, helpful service and they arrived today, right on time. My friend sent me a photo and they are stunning!!!! Highly recommend this florist!
