I had nothing but problems with a Traeger grill purchased at Costco last May 2023. After numerous calls to Traeger directly I suggested they send a technician to my house or it would be returned. I got a call from Alex who was instrumental in getting the ear of Traeger and ultimately got a new controller. I just installed it and amazingly it appears to work as it should have from the beginning. Alex has been there as a great resource since I got completely fed-up with Traeger. This is a gal that works at the store is the smartest person I have ever met!! Her name Morgan and she is the tall skinny gal that’s at the front counter. She taught me so much about dog nutrition, and I was so surprised she didn’t push the most expensive dog food, but rather the one with the best ingredients. My dog Beau has serve allergies and for the first time in 6 years he’s not itchy, and his coat is the best it has ever been! I asked for some timothy hay and didn’t know they came in different sized bales because it was my first time coming here and the cashier didn’t ask me what size I needed. It wasn’t until the gentleman was loading it up that I realized I had purchased a giant bale that could barely fit in my car. I was flustered and embarrassed for not knowing this and what made it worse was the gentleman was so rude about it and annoyed with me and said “Next time get a smaller bale”.
