Updating my review as I had poor service today: Went to Peppers today for 2 Reubens. Got told by the 16 year old kid behind the counter that they were out of swiss cheese. I looked in their fridge next to their drinks to find a whole block of swiss cheese. Come to find out, they left this poor boy here who had no idea how to make a sandwich (he kept staring at the menu while making them) and then he also informed me that he's too young to use the cheese cutter. Why, as a manager, would you leave a new guy by himself especially with no pre-made product. That's absolutely ridiculous. I walked out. Do better, please.

This place is incredible! Best reuben sandwich Ive ever had! And the chef behind the food is just as great! Morgan was so kind and very efficient! Our food was super fresh and perfect! No wonder why you guys have regulars! You'll definitely see us...

Ordered for pickup through Doordash and truly wish I could give it 0 stars. I came in to pick up my food and the woman behind the counter said she didnt see our order because the machine didn't make a noise. It was an empty store and I guess she didnt look at the screen once in the 30 min prep time... One of my salads was not available and when I asked what was available she said "we have a lot of salads" which was not helpful. Then when I chose a salad, she asked me if I was going to pay for it... why would I not pay for my food? Im guessing she thought I was a Dasher because when I mentioned a replacement she said "they have to place another order because we close in 30 minutes." Regardless, of whether she thought I was a customer or Dasher, she was very rude and...
