This Ace was a huge disappointment……not a single person asked if they could help and when I finally found what I was looking for I proceeded to checkout. Young lady at checkout was very unpleasant when I asked about the sale price and she informed me that they don’t have to follow advertised price. When I showed her the price on THEIR website she said they don’t follow it…period! So my take-away from wandering around this over stocked tiny store…if you want to buy a t-shirt, kite or sunglasses go across the street to the surf shop and if you need a real hardware store go a mile up the road to the new TSC or go opposite way from this establishment just a couple of miles to Atlantic Beach ACE Hardware…….The added drive will be well...

Customer service is what these folks do! As soon as I walked in I was asked if they could assist with anything and the young man walked me to the products I needed. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Had I visited a big box store it might have been a half hour trying to find what I needed. Ace has a surprisingly large selection. I was able to get a coax cable AND a microwaveable bowl. When you're on vacation, you don't want to be in a store, you want your toes in the sand. Besides all that, I met Ace the cat, who made sure I was greeted on the way out. This is a top knotch operation that is well stocked and great location for the Emerald Isle side...

This place is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I never take the time to write reviews however, I had to express my appreciation for this place. I recently bought a house on the island and I have been to this store numerous of times. The customer service is unbelievable!!!!! This store has EVERYTHING!!!! you could want or need, If you ever go to Emerald Isle you need to stop by and check this place out. When friends come to visit I always take them to this store and they always leave in amazement. I have never Been in a better Ace hardware or anything even...
