Beware of when you shop here. if you unintentionally purchase a wrong size you cannot get a refund only an exchange and when they do not have the shirt you purchased in stock they force you to buy a different shirt. I would think in this day and age they would tell you when you pay all sales are final other than a small sign on the glass counter and a sentence on the receipt that is printed intentionally lighter as to not draw attention. I have shopped in this store every time we visit Emerald Isle. No More. we spent well over $200 on shirts at this visit and they would not refund one shirt that retailed for $34 when an XXL was mistaken for an XL. Again beware of their EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY AND WHEN YOU CANT GET THE SAME SHIRT ON EXCAHANGE YOU ARE FORCED TO CHOOSE ANOTHER SHIRT YOU DID NOT WANT THE FIRST TIME...

Horrible experience. Got a DAMAGED (not from the damaged rack) shirt from there and realized when I got home. When I tried to exchange it they blamed it on me and said there was nothing they could do about it. Horrible customer service, lady over the phone was incredibly rude and the two girls working very clearly had no idea what they were doing. I regret spending $300 on items from there last night. I do not recommend this place at all. And if you do go there make sure you thoroughly inspect everything before you buy it because they clearly do not. And don’t expect to be helped or...

I met Shannon (owner) at her Beaufort store this weekend. Shannon and Taylor were incredibly helpful and I was able to find exactly what k was looking for. Shannon let me know that they had a store in EI, which is where we are staying so we headed there today. It was such a pleasant surprise to see Shannon again, and meet the EI Manager, Shelby.
