During our family trip to Esmeralda Isle, we stumbled upon Sol Bowl, a cafe that exceeded our expectations in every way. Even though I typically don't enjoy açaí bowls, I'm still craving their Sol Bowl over a week later. It was an absolute delight!

We had the pleasure of trying a few different recipes, including the Day Break bowl pictured, but the Sol Bowl itself was the standout. Its flavors were perfectly balanced and truly hit the mark. I couldn't get enough of it! The cafe's commitment to quality and taste was evident in every bite.

Beyond the delicious bowls, Sol Bowl offered a charming ambiance that was both aesthetically pleasing and Instagram-worthy. It was a great spot to capture cute photos while enjoying a delightful meal. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a family-owned establishment, and their loving energy translated to their treatment of guests.

Overall, Sol Bowl left a lasting impression on our family. The exceptional taste of their açaí bowls, combined with the cute ambiance and friendly staff, made it a standout experience. If you're in Esmeralda Isle, I highly recommend visiting Sol Bowl for a memorable and delicious...

We walked here for coffee around 11 am midweek (not crowded) and wound up getting a hot coffee to go (dark roast), iced coffee, and 3 smoothies (Satisfy Your Soul, Dawn Patrol, It's an EI Thing). The smoothies were expertly blended (no chunks of fruit or ice), flavorful, not overly sweet, and refreshing. Service was timely. My dark roast was flavorful and not bitter. The ladies at the counter were very friendly. The environment was open, comfortable, welcoming, and VERY family-friendly.

Went back 10:15 am midweek (very crowded) and bought in-house drip coffee with free refills, and the Sandbar. I drank my coffee while I waited for my smoothie bowl. I waited for some time as there were many ahead of me, but I felt the wait was appropriate based on the crowd and the number of ladies working behind the counter (4, focused and working hard). Crowds decreased drastically by 11 am. I spent over an hour drinking my coffee, enjoying my delicious smoothie bowl, and perusing the Emerald Isle coffee table book.

Greatly enjoying this place! I would have loved a couple umbrellas outside for the picnic tables... don't know if it's feasible for the business at this time, but it would have made sitting outside a...

Sol Bowls had really great tasting, fresh bowls!!! The, I think it's called, "High Tide" was awesome!!! (It's a coffee drink) The people working were pleasant & made everything in front of us!! We had our 2 pups that we introduced to the beach that morning & they loved hanging outside with us... All in all a great place to get a filling, refreshing nosh after the beach, or any hot day!!! I had the Castaway, my nephew had the Sol Bowls, my daughter had a dragon fruit base(sorry I don't know what it was, but they're all fabulous!!!) Also sometimes they get busy & backed up, just chill... Utilize patience... They're all from local families & there are some people who don't seem to understand it's made to order... You want fast food?!? Go to McDonald's... You want good food, that's good for you, delicious & doesn't make you feel guilty?!? Come here & just enjoy island...

This was my first time ever having one of these bowls or açaí in general. The ladies working were very sweet and gave me their recommendations. I was not disappointed! It was so good! Pictured is the “sol bowl” (with coconut flakes added). Small bowls are $9 large ones are $13 which is very reasonable if you have seen fast food prices lately 😏. All of their ingredients were fresh. Their space is decorated perfectly and their little bit of merchandise is very coastal but unlike what the rest of the beach shops carry. 10/10 would recommend. (Dog in the picture for attention, he did not eat any of the bowl 😉) I went on a Thursday at about 8:45am in April it was quiet with very little wait. Locals get in there and try it before the “season” starts 🤪

Prepare yourselves, folks, because this Acai bowl restaurant is a game-changer! 🙌🎉 Now, brace yourself for the long line, but trust me when I say it's worth every minute of the wait! First things first, let's talk about their ambiance. Walking into this place is like diving headfirst into a tropical paradise! 🌴 The bright and vibrant colors will put a smile on your face, even if you're surrounded by fellow excited Acai enthusiasts. Now, let's dive into the main attraction: the Acai bowls themselves. 🍧 Oh, sweet mother of all Acai gods, these bowls are a delight to behold! They're like edible works of art, garnished with an array of fresh fruits, granola, and honey. Each bite takes your taste buds on a flavorful journey to coconut heaven!
