Cannot recommend Allen's Furniture enough.

We have furnished our bedroom and living room with furniture from Allen's and their pricing is more competitive than any site or store we've found.

Customer service is also A+. We ordered a custom Flexsteel sofa from Allen's but were unhappy with the tufting once we'd brought it home and saw it under better lighting. We sent photos to Allen's and they agreed with us, and immediately requested a replacement from Flexsteel. They let us keep the couch while we waited for the replacement. Once Allen's received the replacement they were not 100% satisfied, so they sent it to an professional upholstery shop to make if perfect. We are very happy with the outcome - the Allen's team came today to pickup the original sofa and deliver the new and improved sofa.

I recently made two separate purchases at Allen's that required after delivery support and corrective action. I contacted Allen's and spoke to Jeff Opland. He quickly gave me suggestions on how Allen's could resolve the issues, and took the necessary action to get it done. In both cases the issues were resolved within a few days and replacement items shipped to my home. I rank customer support equal to or greater than price for major purchases and was very happy with the care I received.
