This shop will always have a very special place in my heart. If you want to hear why, Ill get to it in a second but overall the staff are very kind and the vibes and quality are amazing.

The reason this place is very special for me is that this was the very first time I was not only away from my parents for so long when I was younger because I was out for a friends birthday for the weekend, but this was also my very first time buying something completely on my own was in this store. I am severely autistic and have crippling anxiety and while I was stressing to count my money to pay for a plush dog, I was met with patience and understanding. I don't think I will ever forget. Recently I have visited and the smell alone of the store is very nostalgic and brings strong emotions for me. I wish I could capture the smell in the jar, the mix of the wood and the smelling wax in the back is just something that will always resonate with me.

My favorite shop in all of Estes! Oh my goodness, what a little gem. I searched all day for affordable souvenirs that weren't tacky, and I finally found them at this shop. Fantastic selection and very friendly owners. One of them is an incredible photographer too. He was so humble about it when we were looking at his prints, but it's worth stopping in just to see the pictures. Great wildlife shots! They're for sale in 4x6 sizes. My sister and I ended up in the super cute handbag half of the store and I only had eyes for the Bigfoot design we saw in the window the night before. But the next day, I was too late, the elusive Bigfoot could not be found. Never fear! Elaine was there to inform me that new inventory would arrive soon and that I could buy one to be shipped.
