Very frustrated with Village Goldsmith's communication. First, I leave a message with a young lady who stated she would text me their email address. Nothing. When I got a hold of the owner, Karen she stated that I couldn't get a text because I don't have an iPhone - weird. Karen then stated she would send me an email that I could respond to with a design I was going to request that she make for me. Nothing. I then reached the owner's partner by phone who stated that Karen must have written my email address incorrectly. More frustration. I then took their email address to send my design. 2 days go by and I hear nothing... I called and received Karen on the phone who stated she never received my email???
