Gold Mine — Local services in Estes Park

I bought a blue and white sapphire bracelet in June in 2015. A stone fell out and the safety clasp would not stay closed. I sent the bracelet back in June and was told that I could pick it up in September when I was there over Labor Day. Bracelet had been sent to the wrong company to get fixed and they got it back. Called the end of September and was told the jeweler in Denver was trying to find the stone but it was going to be fixed in the next couple of weeks. Called in October and was told that they bracelet came back but the clasp was not fixed, will send it back to Denver. Called in November, will be back soon, called the first part of December, be back soon. Just called and spoke with another lady and she informed me that I was lying about what I was told, because they don't lie and Denver wasn't even the place they send it anyway. I did not make that up, Denver is what they told me each time. I can provide names of who I talked to but would rather not get the little guys in trouble. Now because they don't lie they are going to send the bracelet to me unfixed and she hung up on me. This makes me sad because i make a purchase in that store every Labor Day Weekend.

Any suggestions on how to get my money back from...

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

My family and I were going shop to shop and sadly stepped into this store. We were looking around a bit and my wife and daughter found two rings they liked. I found a rack that read "Santa Cruz hooded - $4 T-Shirts - $2" I mistakenly understood this as all t-shirts are $2. That was my fault. Anyways, I found a shirt for my daughter and bought it too.

It seemed high just as I signed the credit card slipped so I asked. They told me the shirt was $5. I asked if I could return it since i thought it was $2 and I only signed the cc slip 10 seconds ago and they refused. They were very rude about it as well. At first I just wanted to trade it out, but they were so rude it became more important about principle.

They became more and more rude as we argued. Then they called the cops on us!!!! Over $3!!!!! The cops showed up and took our side and understood why we made the mistake. I had to call my card company and reduce my payment thru a dispute to get my $5 back. Worst customer service in my 30 year life!!!! Please don't shop there! I have seen other reviewside just as bad. BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a ring that was tagged at $459.00. It was on sale for 70% off which made my sale $139.00 which was paid with credit card. It was a birthday gift for my daughter who was with me. The ring looked fine in the store but one of the associates cleaned it before we left. We walked down to the local library and my daughter noticed that two of the tiny CZs were missing. We immediately went back to the store and were told no one there could correct the problem, that sales were final, that the owner was unreachable and the clerk was extremely RUDE finally telling me to leave their store. The ring was taken to a jeweler down the street who "TRIED" to put stones back in but it was basically a glue job since upon close examination, there were no prongs to hold the stones - no wonder they fell out.
