Walked in looking for boots to line dance with a low heel. They showed me these which are supposed to be to be “vintage”. I really didn’t like the boots. Then she brought a pair of boot with a low heel. Got home and they didn’t work for me. So I took them back to see about returning them. The women came up and was rude about what I was there. She said All Sells are Final. The day I was there there was no sign saying that. The day I went to return them, there was no sign saying that. And when I had gotten the boots, the girl but the Receipt in the boot box which I did not see stamped with all cells are final. Also, she never mentioned that the cells were final. Excellent customer service very knowledgeable staff! Best shoe store ever!!! I come up from Golden Co to support this store because of customer service, and always a great experience, and the shoes I buy last at least three years!!! and I just bought a pair yesterday for working all day in the lab and they are perfect for balance, my back, weight distribution, and my feet are happy after a 12 hour shift! It is a tradition for our family to come to Moose Creek each year to stock up on cowboy attire. They always have an excellent selection that doesn’t break the bank and caters to all ages.

Moose Creek’s customer service is always phenomenal. This recent visit, Kylie and Rienne were hugely helpful and patient as we tried on different items, sizes, mix and matches, etc. I think we spent more than an hour in the store because we were having so much fun with everyone!

Whoever owns this place, keep these ladies well paid and happy because they’re running the store...
