The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, but especially Mark yesterday. Our family was taking our 10 y.o. minivan to RMNP yesterday. But it started having trouble shifting between Lyons & Estes Park. In Estes, my son said it wouldn't accelerate, and it died and several lights came, incl check engine. He was able to restart it after a minute & I found O'Reilly was only half a mile away. They let out whole family use the bathroom while they checked the codes on the car. Nothing showed up and we went back inside to discuss. Mark, who was on break, offered to check our battery, starter and alternator. He found the battery was bad. We bought a new one and they gave us a gal on wiper fluid that we needed for free. I didn't have my tools, so Mark, still on his break, went out in the sun and replaced the battery for us. We also had some great conversation. Our 6 year olds, who were waiting inside, really wanted some toy cars, but we had just unexpectedly night a battery, on top of the gas and food for the trip and said "no". Mark went inside and bought the twins the cars they wanted! Thank you brother!!! The manager told Mark he'd pay him extra hours for working on his break. We thought about getting it towed to a mechanic on Saturday afternoon and having them tell us it would be thousands of dollars to fix (which dishonest mechanic could have done). But O'Reilly got is fixed up for much cheaper, the van drove with no problems at all and we were able to have a great family day at RMNP! Because they blessed us, we were at the right place and right at the Bear Lake parking lot for God to bless a diabetic who was suffering from low blood sugar. We were eating a poorly planned picnic lunch next to the ranger station when the park ranger asked us if we could help. Blessed to...
Read moreRyan saved our weekend trip to the Rockies from being a disaster. On the first morning that we had the rental car, our battery was dead and we had to get it jumped but it was fine for the rest of the day. However, the second morning, it was dead again. So, we decided to go to O'Reilly's to get some jumper cables and have the battery tested. After Ryan confirmed that the battery truly was dead and found out that we were just in town for one more day, he gave us a jump starter to use until we were able to resolve things with the rental company. It's a good thing he did because we ended up having to use it every time we started the car for the rest of the day and the rental company was essentially useless.
We went back in the evening to return the jump starter and get the battery replaced, once we finally got it authorized by the rental company. Javier installed it quickly and even checked the alternator just to be safe.
Ryan also gave us a great recommendation for dinner, Antonio's Real New York Pizza, and I highly recommend stopping by there as well.
I'm so grateful for the two of them for going way above and beyond and providing excellent customer service to make sure we could have a safe and enjoyable trip.

Read moreI love these guys they are very helpful even in the windiest and coldest weather they don't want to go out and check your check engine light or your oil or your whatever but they do it. Some people are more educated than others in the store I can't lie about that. So sometimes you really need to change the people you're talking to while you're in the store or you won't get the service that you really deserve and there are some very very educated men in there used to be a lady and I haven't seen her in a while. So that's my only negative critique is some people have like this duh mentality. Those are not the people you want helping you because there are qualified guys in there who...
