Horrible customer service! Their "sister" store was super sketchy about their return and exchange policies. Very disappointed in a main tourist attraction franchise. To clarify, the tags on our gift were NOT removed, the original stickers were still in place, and the gift was in the parent store's bag. The gift was clearly never worn, and could have been easily exchanged. Most retail outlets allow exchange or even refund for gifts without a receipt. Ever heard of a store credit? We sure have... And we would have purchased more than the item's value. And no, we did not enjoy our visit to "your beautiful town" as a result of being told one thing at Mountain Tops and then treated a very different way at Trailhead Threads! A wide variety of shirts and ball caps; so many I had a hard time choosing. I eventually settled on a great hat with the CO flag in the shape of a bugling elk. They also seem to have the best selection of the certain popular style of souvenir mug in both colors and designs available.

I accidentally ended up with an XL shirt instead of a medium like I thought. I didn’t realize until I was halfway across the country back home. The manager was so incredibly nice when I called her. I shipped the shirt back and she shipped me one in my size. It arrived 3 days after we talked. I even mailed it to the wrong shop and she walked down and got it. She was so kind and I’m so happy I now have a perfect souvineer. I will definitely shop here again...
