Me and my mom went in here and we started looking around. The lady who was originally behind the counter was watching us and we honestly felt like we couldn’t pick anything up or look around and this was the first time going to a metaphysical shop so it was a major inconvenience because I didn’t know what I wanted. The other employees were very nice and helped us with figuring out what crystals I wanted and what the properties were. It’s such a small shop I don’t know why we had to be very obviously watched when you can keep an eye on customers very easily. I understand that there are shoplifters and people talking advantage of small businesses but the expensive items were in cases and the small things that weren’t included in the cases were in front of the store and about 3 feet from the employees and the checkout counter. This is a cool shop and I was happy with the one younger employee that helped us at the crystal counter but not the first...

I went on vacation to eugene in October, and stumbled on Bree's Way. So glad we did, as they are the best crystal shop I have ever been to! My friends and I spent quite a bit of time(and money🤣) there, and all the ladies were super friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of crystals, big and small. And a bunch of other fun stuff! And their prices are very very reasonable.

I needed some crystals for a Christmas gift, and I just wasn't happy with any of my local shops, and they were very expensive. So I called Bree's Way to see if they ship, and they went out of their way to put together a package with everything I needed, and shipped it super fast! Their customer service once again shined!! I will continue to give them.my business, no matter I am. Customer service is everything, and the people here meet and exceed any expectation i ever had. And they included a little note, which made it even more personal ❤

I love coming here. It's impossible to just browse because everything you ever wanted is here in regards to the realm behind the veil. Crystals, tarot, ethically sourced sourced sage and Palo Santo, incense, jewelery. And the women that work there are so patient with me(I ask a lot of questions 🙄) and they are beyond friendly. When you leave with all the stuff you never knew existed but now can't live without you feel like you've made some lovely new friends. The prices are very reasonable and they also have some beautiful clothing. Since it's near the U of O parking can be challenging but worth the hassle. Selfish me wants to keep this place on the DL but my higher self wants the owner and employees to thrive and for everyone to discover a truly special little LOCAL business...
