West end Boutique — Local services in Eugene

The clothes are super cute and the staff are super friendly. The only complaint I have is there’s not good customer service when you have an issue. I bought a super pretty sweater a while back but it ripped within the first hour of me ever wearing it. Of course I didn’t keep the tags or receipt because it was one of the cutest sweaters I’ve bought and planned on keeping it. A sales associate said a manager would be able to help me exchange it because I didn’t want a revenue, just an exchange for the same sweater without the defect. She took my name and number and said I would be given a call back shortly. I never heard back and have called, gone in and sent emails multiple times since then without hearing anything back from them. I spent almost $40 on a defective sweater that I’ll never be able to wear again. It’s pretty disappointing considering I mainly shop at west end and being given such poor customer service has basically ruined my experience with them. I was looking around and the employees made me feel so uncomfortable by how much they were watching me (straight up staring problems) as if I was going to steal something. Once I wanted to try on something they made me give them my bag to try on things. I’ve never had experiences like that in the West End in Salem. We are visiting from Indiana and I really wish we had one of these shops! I took my 2 girls in and it was amazing!!!! So many cute things to choose from. As we were trying things on the staff were grabbing things she thought we would love and brought it to us.
