You WILL buy something if you go in! And the vibe is great!
Seriously, there is something at every price point. I don't trust online listings anymore, and being able to see and handle what I am buying is actually really important.
They have a wide variety of shaped rocks/minerals, many of which are harder to find. They have a ton of clear/rose/smoky quartz, a lovely fluorite selection, a ton of moonstone, good citrine and nice carnelian, good obsidian, and I got some simply gorgeous lepidolite here. Just. All the common stuff, with some lovely unusual things as well.
The shapes include tons of spheres, which makes it an obligatory stop when I am in town. I'm just really into orbs and spheres, and I have some sort of transcendent moment AND amusing personal crisis when I walk in, knowing I will have to choose just one. Also pyramids, carved (not natural) points, heart shapes for some, and lots of worry stones and smooth irregular shapes. There is a selection of really nice small clusters of natural quartz, and some aurora-coated things.
The number of mineral/crystal types is easily in the dozens, I really have never seen a place to beat it. There are cards letting you know a few of their spiritual features, if you believe in that sort of thing. If you need guidance in that direction, they are very willing to help and are knowledgeable.
They also have: some statuary, mostly Egyptian; a little incense; small selection of Tarot cards and Oracle decks; some books; cool wall art and ornamentation; some semi-precious stone with silver jewelry, and some nice little wooden portraits of saints with prayers on the back that I found particularly charming. And no doubt a lot of stuff I am forgetting!
You will also have a photo op right outside; it's on a set of rainbow stairs! Love my queer little...
Read moreI was recently visiting Eureka Springs for the first time when I stopped into the shop. Right before I checked out I decided to ask the women working there if she had any crystal/stone recommendations for those who are grieving. I originally wasn't planning on asking because I am shy but something came over me and I felt the need to ask.
The woman took me to another side of the store where she then asked if it was okay if I shared details about the situation. I proceeded to tell her about how my 20-year-old sister was shot eight times and killed in November of 2022.
My sister was really into crystals and I am always looking for things for my mother who is trying to heal and feel some connection to my sister. I truly only was looking for recommendations as I have been to several crystal shops since my sister's passing and I find it interesting to hear the range of recommendations.
Immediately after telling the woman about my sister she insisted I pick out a stillbite stone completely free of charge. I was so shocked as I truly was not expecting that.
When I met her back at the counter. I was greeted with another smaller stone that she had picked for me. When I asked if I could pay for the original stone I wanted to purchase, she attempted to turn my money away but I insisted and paid for my original stone. When I left, not only did I feel grateful but also felt as if my sister was watching me.
Thank you so much and I highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting...
Read moreIf you're looking for grade a or higher crystals and rocks this is definitely the place to go. My family and I were spending Christmas at the Crescent Hotel when we found this shop hidden on one of the alleyways in eureka Springs. The shop is filled with a really nice assortment of higher end crystals, Crystal towers and larger quality Rock specimens. The shop is not cheap but like anything in life, you get what you pay for. If you're into crystals and rocks they have a large malachite selection which is not easy to find. The only thing that I didn't like about the shop is that they strictly enforce that you wear a mask. I was unaware that Arkansas had such a policy but I guess each person is allowed to run their business how...
