Eureka Escape Room — Local services in Eureka Springs

I like escape rooms and have been to quite a few, but this one did not give very good clues. We were looking for a key to a box that apparently wasn't even meant to be unlocked. The lack of instructions/ clues to go with the items once you opened a box made it really confusing and I get that the whole idea is to solve it, but usually there are riddles to give you hints. there are also stages and it doesn't announce to you when you reach a new stage. It just felt sort of slapped together. I would recommend revamping the room a little to make it flow better and adding more decor to give it more...

Had our anniversary weekend planned out and booked places. Called me and told me the bad to move my reservation because they overbooked. Mind you I already have tickets bought to other things planned and on a schedule. So told her we are driving 4.5 hours and won't be there at the other time offered. Asked if next day would work which means id have to reschedule my other plans to. Asked if I would get some kind of discount for a HUGE inconvenience.. she said no!!! Seriously!?! Great escape room! Brought my wife to Eureka and wanted to do an escape room for her birthday. We managed to finish in 54:29, so just barely. A few things could use a different approach or better clarification on what you need to do to figure out the combinations and answers, but... All-in-all it was a great escape room experience!
