DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This lady is extremely push, rude and a liar. Seen many other reviews that have had same issue as us. Lady will say anything to get a sale. Was told as long as we had receipt and within 7 days, there would be no problem. Three of our group was there but only 2 of us was shopping. Our 3rd party was helping with opinion and waiting. The lady started harrassing her about not shopping, asking then what are you doing then? You need to shop. We purchased our gift items, went back to hotel and tried them on and they did not fit or look right. So took them back the very next day. As soon as she seen us she said no refunds, all sales final (without us saying a word). She would not stop to talk with us or look at us. She pulled some paper out from under the counter that stated the same thing. "All sales final..no refunds" Which is NOT what she told us the day before at all. And this was not posted...it was under the counter. We took pictures of all of this. Lady was rude, snotty and then wanted to lecture us while she stomped around the store. I have never encountered anything like it. She is the worst kind of lady and business to be in Eureka Springs and is totally giving it a bad name and ruining the nice pleasant atmosphere they have there. Even her neighboring business's felt the same way and said she is like that all the time! My group (which loves going to Eureka Springs at least 3-4 times a year) has totally been ruined by this shop/lady and refuses to go back. How someone like this can remain in business with this kind of behavior towards everyone and carries on shady business with so many complains is shocking. Worst shopping/customer service I have ever had. Note: Walk about a block down the road to "Babes and Blades" shop and you can find the same merchandise with more details for over half the cost cheaper and will be greeted with a smile and great...

Shop owner VERY RUDE!!!! never been to Eureka before was very disappointed. She was very pushy with an attitude and when asked about clothing prices without a tag was told I needed to look harder I saw a cute top and wanted to take a photo for a friend and was screamed at by the owner that “NO PHOTOS ARE ALLOWED AND I WOULD NOT FIND ANY OF THE THINGS SHE HAS ANYWHERE ELSE” and I told her to work and her customer service and she said I was a disrespectful customer and was very insulting to my mother as well, Will never be back 0 out of 10000 stars hope this shop gets shut down! VERY overpriced for low quality clothing and quilts that CAN be found at other places !!! I would also like to note was watched constantly and did not feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the door very bad for business was kind and respectful with her the whole time ,if you look at other people’s reviews they have left she continues to be rude calling them “disrespectful “ and ECT ,mind blowing really!! 3/26/23

Still mind blown by the entire experience I hope this shop has been shut down probably why I haven’t got a smart disrespectful response yet like she has with her other previous customers even the store owner across from her doesn’t support her!!! I wish I had read some reviews before going to this store. I felt an overwhelming pressure from the shop owner. Buyer beware! I paid over $100 for a pair of pants that I (stupidly) did not try on. The shop keeper assured me they would fit. I never looked at a price tag and honestly did not see one. They did fit but look horrifying on me. I really should have known better. One tag I saw was less than $100 on an entire outfit pants and top. I felt like she was just making up prices. I cannot say that was true but that’s how it felt. If I could give no stars I would. They are cute pants but not for me and definitely not for $100. The receipt clearly states no refunds or exchanges. Really wish I had never gone in the store. I stand by my words on this review. The items I saw on display were what drew me in and they are beautiful clothes. But I truly regret going in the store and making the purchase. And to the lady who owns and runs the store. I respect all people, I just wish I had never shopped there. I gave the brand new pants to a second hand shop. Maybe someone who looks great in the pants will get a much better deal on them than I did....
