Terrible management. First, I have lived here for over one year and there is rarely a time when all three elevators were working, and often only 1 was operational at a time. In addition, the management and board have no idea how to handle the pandemic. They are keeping us in the dark on when facilities in our own building will open, despite the fact that the governor has stated it is safe for spaces to open with limited capacity. There is absolutely no plan in place. The building manager, April, is a rude and often nasty woman who rarely replies to emails within one business week. In addition, the front desk worker Rohan has hung up on unit occupants and refused to follow the rules set in place for the pandemic.
