I just want to say that I received some of the best customer service from Ashley. She was polite, engaging, and had a smile. This is the type of thing that makes me want to comeback to Starbucks. Starbucks needs to give that gal a raise, because my other experiences at other Starbucks weren't as great. Keep up the good work Ashley! One other thing. I hadn't been to Starbucks for a minute, and found out that they didn't take electronic tips. I had no cash on me, so I couldn't give her the tip she deserved. From a sanitation perspective, it's unsettling to think that a stranger could be breathing and coughing over one's drink while waiting for pick-up.
